These are the conditions I require before agreeing to see you:
- Your email must be respectful, not written in text chat and you will address me properly.
- You will confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance.
- If you cannot keep an appointment you will let me know as soon as possible.
- If you fail to keep 3 appointments or fail to turn up without notifying me you will be blacklisted

Be aware that I do not take calls on a Sunday nor do I answer the telephone in the evening.
If you ring and I do not pick up then ring back at a later time.
I do NOT return calls under any circumstances for obvious reasons - your wife or girlfriend could be around!
Do not ring me and expect to see me at very short notice, I prefer at least 24 hours notice. I do NOT pick up withheld or private numbers, and I do NOT reply to texts.
Do NOT waste my time.
